VBS

I think VBS can be such a waste of time. It's not being fully supported anymore. Went there this year. Hardly any teachers, the teaching material didn't seem to hold the interest of the students ( who seemed only to come because their parents sent them). Is this supposed to be an educational experience or a 1 week daycare facility? The lady in charge was given a small basket to carry water & I am glad as it showed that God is in control. He stepped in & she got the job done. I think my church needs to either take the thing seriously or scrap it. Half done things are an insult to the church & by extension, God. Just my opinion. Crucify if you wish. Can't stop my thoughts.
