Stress Management Tips

  1. Take a break from work.
  2. Use your bath as a spa.
  3. Exercise.
  4. Sex (for married people only!).
  5. Count to ten (or higher).
  6. Shoppping.
  7. Deep breathing.
  8. Treat yourself/Reward yourself.
  9. Think of pleasant things.
  10. Take a short walk.
  11. Socialize.
  12. Wear comfortable clothing & shoes.
  13. Get a hobby.
  14. Try something new every 6 months.
  15. Avoid negative people, memories, events & situations as much as posssible.
  16. Change scenery.
  17. Get a support group.
  18. Have a confidant.
  19. Emapathise.
  20. Challenge yourself.
  21. Upgrade your skills regularly.
  22. HAVE GOD IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!
