Another one leaves the nest?

Well one of my students has decided that leaving the group is the best option. He claims that God has said that He should leave. I have my reservations about that but since it's a popular excuse in church nowadays, who am I to argue with him? He also says that the group has no love in it & that noone is able to be there for him (except maybe Troy & Oneil). I was also guilty (?) of not being there for him and adding to the rejection. Plus the spirituality of the group has dropped (in his opinion) and not feeding him anymore. Oh well, I'll never learn I guess. I'll miss him though but maybe it's for the best. I'm giving him a 3 day grace period though in case he changes his mind. I know he needs attention & he's hurting badly but his methods to ease the pain won't work but since he chooses to pursue a certain path, I'll have to let him be. God is there though and He said in His Word that none of His will be l;ost so I have hope because of that promise. I will be watching his behaviour around the family of a certain girl in the class though as I am suspicious of motives where parents are concerned. I trust that I'll be wrong though. For their sake.
