"I don't have much to say but I'll just start with DEMERITS. They are not necessary (yes I know it's for discipline) and they are just not cool. Your attitude is just wrong, yes you can be nice but the next minute, your're just raw (YOU CAN BE A PAIN IN THE ASS). I like you Melville and you have a strong sense of leadership but sometimes you just piss us off. I won't lie. I really appreciate you as a person and as a leader.
