Evaluation from Stephen

This is Stephen's narrative:

"Dealing with teens is a difficult, aching task to accomplish. But Melville Lumley has so far displayed parent-like qualitiesto the cell group that God has given him to manage & to train. So far, he has done a particularly outstanding job in getting us to work together as a family & as brothers & sisters. He has also implemented a wide variety of entertainment schemes that don't allow room for boredom. He also distributes personal advice & Godly advice that helps us a whole lot. He leads us to paths that then leads to a room full of open doors but does not open the doors for us. He is a guide. He does good deeds & has a kind heart. At times, when love is required, it will be given. Mel is strange, that is good because I dislike normal people. Everyone is different in their own way. He teaches well & means well. I wouldn't trade him for any other. He is a good guy, a God guy, the right guy. God said it, I believe it & that settles it."
