Crime

St. Lucia is worried about their high murder rate. There has been 13 murders in the country so far this year and the fear is that they may beat their record of 37 murders in one single year. 37!!! we have that in ONE WEEK! oh well, guess evrywhere is different. Then the news say that we are the least crime-ridden island in the region except for murder. So we may not rob u as much or even rape you as much as in the other islands but we just may KILL you! comforting thought, huh? Ironically, i feel safe here (in spanish town of all places) but i m sure many people beg to differ. The difference the peace of Christ makes! I'm so glad I'm a christian. No fear of death (fear of method of death tho) which strengthens over time. I love you God!
