Indiscipline in the group

The guys are gelling much better now. But they are still selfish. They only seem concerned with their own problems. As a matter of fact, they only seem to help others when either it's their good friend/interest or as long as it doesn't cause them to sacrifice too much. Sounds like the typical church, huh? The attitudes in the group is still not where I want it to be but they are getting there. I'm going to weed out the ones who I believe are not pulling their weight. I give up on the numbers but I want EVERYONE in the group to b committed. I can deal with immaturity but not indiscipline. God help me please.
