Evaluation from Adrian

This is Adrian's assessment of my performance so far. Got me thinking.

Pros:
- excellent leadership skills displayed
- amazing job in fostering unity in group
- willing to go beyond what is expected of you by superiors
- it is evident that you are not only interested in the growth of the spiritual lives of group members but all other aspects as well (unlike Glad Tidings which seems to be nowhere at present)
- ability to not distance yourself from the guys as just the group leader while maintaining respect and displaying firmness

Cons:
- you do too much of what is not required which leads to group members losing appreciation for what you do
- you can be a bit more sensitive although i don't mind the way you are now ( hopefully Nikki can mend that soon for the sake of everybody else) All in all i had a great deal of fun during the few months i've been with the group and your style of leadership is probably the main reason (you're just like Farmer Brown). Know that i do pray for you and hope that you will continue to let God guide you in each and every aspect of your being. I'm actually realising that very soon i can say that i genuinely love you and the rest of the group.
