Oneil has left.

I've lost another one of my young men. Why is it that the guys are so vulnerable? It hurts but I'll make arrangements. So the 2 oldest guys in the group have left now. Weird, huh? He's saying that the group isn't helping him spiritually & it's not maturing enough to do so. Also, he cites lack of confidentiality as a problem. He seems determined to leave and I won't stop him as we've been in dialogue a number of times. I only hope he knows what he's doing & that he makes it. So I've lost him & Hagos, Akeame is expelled (pending appeal), Kerron is leaving the island, & Lee is on borrowed time. That leaves me with 3 guys (Troy, Maurice & Adrian). That's a bit too short on manpower so I guess I'll need to do some recruiting again. I'll ask God first though. No more mistakes. I expect more from Oneil so I trust that this parting of ways will be more amicable than Hagos'. No more aspersions being cast & rumours bandied about. Really hoping.
