Dancing

Is it just me or that christian concerts/parties are no different from the secular ones? Aren't we supposed to b the salt of the earth? So y imitate the non-christians? This is so ironic. If we r suposed to lead them to Christ and a better way of life, y act the way they do? Show the difference! Some may ay it's cultural but I think that's a cop-out. God is there to change some of our habits. Some of the gyrations and raucous behaviour seen at some of these "gospel" concerts & nightclubs r reminiscent of the goings on at some noted secular nightclubs and other places of ill-repute. I pray that these things will change and we christians will realize that we need to show a different way of having fun. we can't have fun EXACTLY the way non-christians do. won't minister to them. just my thoughts.

first of all remember that music and dance started in the church. sou cant totally say we are following when we should be leading. secondly if our fore fathers weren't a@# ess to a point a whole lot of things we see outside of "christianty" would be were they belong, in the gospel. if we didnt give up technology, our media programming wouldnt be this condemned, therefore if we had held on to music and dance it would be were it should be, in the church as another form we can praise in... think abouit it
