I know I am a christian but I still love sex. I know I shouldn't and I try not to but I still love sex. I know God hates it (before marriage) but I still love sex. I try to avoid situations that might trigger it but I still love sex. GOD HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! later.

I just happened upon your blog, and I saw this post. Interestingly, I just bought and read Josh Harris' "Not Even a Hint: Guarding Your Heart Against Lust." It is an excellent book, whether you think you are struggling with lust or not. It is very helpful for understanding God's purpose for sex and our natural sex drive. I really do wish I could find a solution to this problem but I guess it lies within self control. It will forever be hard whether u have had sex or not. U have had it so u want more u have not had it so u want to try it. I believe it will be only be our biggest problem if we allow it to be. As human beings we need to take charge of ourselves and stop allowing others to influence or persuade us. As always easier said than done but we have to really try. Andrene
