PR Staff

In order to help me accomplish my vision for PR in the youth department, I have recruited some of the church's young, creative and interesting minds into my service. They are:

  • Janeze Murray ( my left-hand girl) {I'm left-handed}
  • Ricardo Gray
  • Kerryann Smith
  • Brian Newman
  • Jerdine Gilchrist
  • Hagos Alexander
They all have the ability, just don't know if they committed enough. Giving them 3 months probation. Seeing who will be left after March 31. Still looking for others to replace anyone who drops out as I am very strict when it comes to my work. Hope these guys survive. God bless them.

Interesting mix of personalities. God definitely at work here as the differences in approach are obvious but let's see how it goes. May God's glory be His and His Will be done. Glad to see that Nicole has more free time now as she needs the rest. Also glad that Kirk has time now to pursue personal interests. God bless them both. Please be praying for the executive so we can do the work entrusted to us. Thanks.

Club Christendom

This is a christian night club. Some may not like the concept but it actually works out very well. It's small though so I don't think more than 300 people can hold but then again, it's a startup so won't be this size forever. I feel God's presence there on occasion (unlike other places) but I fear that it may run the risk of losing its way like so many contemporary christian ventures. The owner is Jermaine and he seems focussed. Please be praying for him as he needs it. He also has an album out so you can go out and get it. It's called Island Worship. Look out for it. It's GREAT! Just a set of original worship songs basically. Just my thoughts. The club is in Portmore, St. Catherine. Visit one day if you can.

PNP Presidential race

Can you believe them? The so-called socialist party actually having allegations of vote-buying? Isn't that capitalistic? Just my opinion. Honestly though guys, how come all four of the candidates have new ideas now? Did PJ stifle or gag them then? This is so funny - but then again it's not. The winner automatically becomes prime minister so they willbe running my life. The election is February 25 so I'm hoping the madness soon will end. Rooting for Portia though. We'll see how it goes.

Sorry Guys!

I haven't posted in a while because of developments in my life. I am trying to spend more time with God and also increasing my responsibilities at church. Hoping that by being more active, I'll be less spiritually indisciplined. I am now the Public Relations Officer for my church's youth department. More on that later. I'm still job-hunting. Don't know god's plans for my life yet so I'm trying to keep trusting. Will do my best to post more regularly. Thank you for still checking the site. God bless you.
